Team Member Requirements

  • Active, full-time law enforcement officer in Massachusetts (federal, state, county, municipal, or MBTA).

  • Active United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA)  membership.

  • Minimum “B Class (60%)” in any USPSA Division.

  • Commit to competing in a minimum of five Level I (“local”) and one Level II or III (“major”) matches annually.

  • Commit to staffing (volunteering) at a minimum of one Hero Down Foundation event annually​.

  • Adhere to the same standards of professionalism as required by your agency (on & off duty).
